An electronic pop artist from Toronto/Tkaronto, Digits (Alt Altman) debuted with 2009 album "Hold It Close", followed by the "Death and Desire" mixtape in 2012, which the Guardian called "a synth-pop album to stand alongside the Human League's Dare." It was followed by albums "Get Through" in 2015 and "Stay Alive" in 2023. Single "Wild at Heart" featuring Edith Frost (Drag City) was released in 2024.
Digits has opened for Gary Numan, St. Vincent, Cadence Weapon, Junior Boys, Dan Deacon, and Basia Bulat. Digits has been remixed by Nite Jewel and made official remixes for Sally Shapiro, Jooj (Sook-Yin Lee), and Sean Nicholas Savage.
